FLEXI Spring System

FLEXI springs are a classic spring system widely used in the production of spring mattresses and sofas, offering comfort and durability together. Different comfort levels can be achieved by adjusting the spring head diameter, wire thickness, and number of coils; production can be carried out with up to 7 coils and a height of up to 18 cm, depending on demand.

FLEXI springs and units are supplied with 500–1000 kg palletized shipments or customer-specific delivery options. FLEXI units, produced in dimensions up to 200 cm with heat-treated, spiral, framed, or felted alternatives, provide long-lasting performance in compliance with the TS 7167 Spring Mattress Standard.
